Learn the foundations of flow!

SATURDAY, JUNE 22nd at 2:00pm

Take this empowering workshop with Michael + Tristina to dive into the fundamentals of a vinyasa flow yoga practice. You will learn how to move with greater support and balance.

 

Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner who wants to get back to the basics, this workshop will help you build more confidence in your body and your practice. 

You will receive clear guidance, direct feedback, and hands-on support. This is an interactive workshop, so please bring questions!

 

WORKSHOP CURRICULUM:

  • Principles of balance in how to approach your practice

  • Learn to support weight bearing with your hands

  • Methods to release your spine

  • The fundamentals of breathing

  • How to link your movement with your breath

  • Ways to adapt the practice to fit your needs

 

LOGISTICS

  • Saturday, June 22nd from 2:00-4:00pm

  • The location is Her Elevated (corner of S & 28th Street)

  • Pre-registration is required

  • Limited spots are available, so be sure to register ASAP!
