How often do you forget to prioritize moments of rest and relaxation? The answer is probably, all of the time! This naturally leads to burn out and poor sleep patterns.

We hear you. You are not alone. And we want you to improve the way you rest and recover from the stressors of life. This is why we are sharing the Sleep & Relaxation Series with you!

Sleep and relaxation are fundamental to a healthy and fulfilling existence. The quality of rest you get contributes to cognitive function, emotional well-being, and physical health. You know this, yet how common is it to struggle with getting good rest?

The Sleep & Relaxation Series begins Sunday, March 19th. We will kick things off with an educational livestream session. Join us for two weeks of committing to restoring your mind and body!

 

As a result of this series, you will:

  • Build a relaxation routine that will create the right conditions for you to sleep well. 

  • Use yoga and mindfulness techniques to improve the skill of relaxation.

  • Take away strategies and habits to promote better rest in your life.

 

This series includes:

  • A 30-minute educational livestream session on Sunday, March 19th at 10:30am PST**. We'll discuss the importance of relaxation & sleep + how to use the tools of yoga & mindfulness to support you.

  • A two-week plan to integrate relaxation rituals into your daily routine.

  • Evening practices to prepare your mind and body for sleep.

  • An online tracker to log your practices & progress.

       **The livestream session will be recorded, in the event that you cannot attend. 👍🏼​
