Laos is one of the most majestic and untouched places in the world. The giant limestone karsts and the magnificent Mekong River are sights to behold. The local people and the cuisine are incredible and we have a very special traditional experience for you when you’re here!

What better way to cap off a week in Northern Thailand than to venture over to Laos for the excitement of vibrant culture and breathtaking landscapes? Laos is just a short flight away (1h10m) and it's one of the most majestic and untouched places in the world. The giant limestone karsts and the magnificent Mekong River are sights to behold. The local people and the cuisine are incredible. The vibe in Luang Prabang is enchanting and laid back. Enjoy the relaxing pace of life here! Laos activities we will enjoy:

A guided tour & kayak adventure down the Pak Ou & Mekong Rivers

Travel Details
FLIGHTS: If you are opting to join us for the Laos Add-on, we will be sending you specific flight booking instructions (this cost is additional to the add-on rate). We will fly together as a group from Chiang Mai to Luang Prabang via Lao Airlines. Please be sure to confirm your flights with us before final booking.

VISA: In order to travel to Laos, you need a valid passport from the country in which you reside. Your passport must have at least six months validity remaining from the date of entry and at least two blank visa pages. U.S. citizens carrying a valid passport and in possession of an onward or return airline ticket will be granted a visa on arrival, permitting a 30-day stay in Laos.

Cost does not include airfare to/from Laos, travel insurance, optional activities, massages, shopping, personal expenses, gratuities, or anything not outlined above.

All rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like double occupancy and do not have a roommate, we will make efforts to pair you with another solo traveler. Please note that if there is not another solo traveler, you will be placed in a single occupancy room at that rate. Why not invite a friend or loved one to join you?!
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space. If you are attending the Northern Thailand Retreat + the Laos Add-on, the total non-refundable deposit is $700, $200 of which is applied towards Laos. Your deposit amount is applied to the total cost of your trip. If for any reason there is not enough interest in the Laos Adventure, we will apply your $200.00 deposit towards your Northern Thailand Retreat balance. By submitting your registration and deposit to us, you are agreeing to the policies in our Terms & Conditions.

The $200 non-refundable deposit for this portion of the trip will be added automatically. We will be in touch upon receipt of your registration with further details.
