New format + new content!
The Bhakti Lunch Club is a place to release stress, breathe, meditate, and grow together as a community. During this time of great uncertainty, it is imperative to stay healthy and connected to your practice.
Bhakti is translated as love, devotion, and participation. Nourish your heart by participating in devotional practices with your global community. We want to bring that feeling of connection right into your office or home. Let's make it happen!
Bhakti Lunch Club is for you if:
You’re hungry to build your understanding of yoga beyond the postures.
You desire to bridge the gap between yoga and your life off the mat.
You want to spend moments in your week to clear your mind and get centered.
You’re a student or yoga teacher that is ready to get inspired or re-inspired by your practice.
You’re excited to connect with your local and global community.
Join us for THREE livestream video sessions spanning across ONE week
Each session will involve breath work, a chant, guided meditation, a dharma talk (sharing yogic philosophy), and time for community connection.
Connect via Zoom at 12pm PST Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Each livestream session will be about 45 minutes: 30 min. session + 15 minutes to chat and connect!
If you are unable to attend the livestreams or wish to revisit the content, we will send you a recording of them after each session (available for 48 hours).
Our next Bhakti Lunch Club will take place in September. Please email us if you'd like to be notified when registration opens.
