Bhakti means devotion and participation. Build a consistent devotional practice into your routine each week to stay grounded, remain connected to your heart, and increase your ability to be of greater service. The Bhakti Lunch Club is a place for all of us to release stress, breathe, meditate, and grow together as a community.
Our first two rounds of Bhakti Lunch Club were such an incredible experience for us & all the participants. We can't wait to share brand new content and practices with you for this round!
Join us for SIX livestream video sessions spanning across two weeks: May 18-29
Each session will involve the following: breathwork, a chant, guided meditation, a dharma talk (sharing yogic philosophy), and time for community connection.
We will join together on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12pm PST. Each livestream video includes a 30-minute session from us + an optional 15 minutes to chat and connect afterwards!
If you are unable to attend the livestreams or wish to revisit the content, we will send you a recording of them after each session.
This global panic can create so much inner tension. Being isolated makes this challenging time even more difficult. However, we can stay healthy and balanced when we join together and practice with supportive like-minded people. We want to bring that feeling of community connection right into your home.
