Join us for this 45-minute video call to establish yoga and mindfulness techniques that will help you live with more balance and clarity. Learning to take moments of pause each day is essential to maintain good self-care. This live call will provide you with quality instruction from Michael Fong & Tristina Kennedy around managing stresscalming your nervous system, and tools to slow down and create more resilience in your life.
